PP, PE, ABS, PVC thick plate extrusion line. The 2000mm broad PP thick plate extrusion line is a newly developed production line, the most advanced and stable production line among similar products.
Features of plastic sheet equipment production line
● PP/PE/ABS/PVC Thick Plate Extrusion Line extrusion equipment: high-efficiency single-screw extruder, with large output and high efficiency, and advanced technologies such as imported temperature control meter and frequency conversion speed regulation, reaching the domestic advanced level. Technology such as melt metering pumps can also be used for products with high precision requirements.
● The hanger-type die head of the pvc sheet production line adopts a unique double-throttle design, which makes the thickness adjustment of the sheet more accurate.
● Temperature control ±1C can precisely control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the plate.
Three-roll calender adopts horizontal, vertical, or 45-degree inclination type, which can be raised and lowered freely.
● The thickness of the sheet is controlled by screw adjustment and bidirectional adjustment of the pressure wheel to control the thickness of the sheet.
● The screw of PP/PE/PS/ABS/EVA/PET plastic sheet extrusion production line is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity to ensure that the plastic is melted, the color is uniform, and the extrusion volume is increased. The hanger-type die head adopts a special variable throttle design, which makes the thickness adjustment of the plate more accurate.
● The independently controlled roller temperature control system can precisely control the temperature of the pressing roller to make the plate evenly thick and thin. The precision shearing machine enables precise control of the length of the board.
PP/PE/ABS/PVC Thick Plate Extrusion Line sheet winder adopts a torque motor, which can adjust the speed and winding tension.
● The winding device of PP/PE/PS/ABS/EVA/PET plastic sheet extrusion production line adopts four-axis, with exceptional torque motor automatic tension control; the speed and winding tension can be adjusted at will to achieve the flatness of sheet winding.
● The screw is designed with particular mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.
● Equipped with an automatic meter counter to set the length of the product.
● Thin adjustment is more precise. The temperature control plus or minus 1℃ can precisely control the plasticization process and the thickness and flatness of the plate.
